We also offer in-store pick up at the desired branch of your choosing. If this option is chosen, kindly wait for a confirmation text or email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up.

All orders will be delivered by our third party delivery providers. Delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm.

Above ₱2,000 - FREE (within Metro Manila)

Return and Refunds

At LS Pascual, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our optical products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

1. Eligibility:
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
   • Customized or prescription lenses may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
   • Damages resulting from mishandling or wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
   • Returns based on a change of mind will not be accepted.
   • Returns due to price differences with other stores are not accepted.
2. Time Frame:
   • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
   • Contact our customer service team at info@lspascualoptical.com to request a return authorization.
   • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.
4. Return Shipping:
   • Once the return has been initiated and confirmed, kindly ship back your items to: LS Pascual Optical Head Office: 1103A West Tower, Tektite Towers, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Shipping ℅ Buyer. Further shipping instructions will be provided via email.
